4. Orders & Delivery

• Delivery time is estimated

• Serviceable area

We may cancel orders due to:

• Stock issues
• Technical errors
• Wrong pricing

5. Pricing & Payments

• UPI
• Cards
• Wallets

Extra charges may include:

• Delivery fees
• Handling charges
• Surge pricing

6. Order Cancellation

By User

• Cancel before dispatch
• After dispatch not allowed

By Fasto

• Stock unavailable
• Payment failure
• Fraud suspicion

7. Refund Policy

• 5–7 days processing
• Original payment / wallet

8. Product Responsibility

Report issues within 24 hours.

9. User Responsibilities

• No misuse
• No fake orders
• Correct address

10. Prohibited Activities

• Illegal use
• Fraud
• System abuse

11. Delivery Partner

Independent partners handle delivery.

12. Liability

• Delays (traffic/weather)
• Indirect losses
• Service downtime

13. Account Suspension

• Fraud
